EGET FOUNDATION PROVIDES ECOLOGICAL EDUCATION TO TAÇ COLLEGE STUDENTS AT ITS PERMACULTURE GARDEN

At the EGET Foundation Headquarters Permaculture Garden, we conducted an educational program with kindergarten students from Muğla American Culture College, where students enjoyed learning through fun.

Under the guidance of Agricultural Engineer Necla Dal, the students not only saw vegetables such as broad bean leaves, dill, parsley, spring onions, radishes, and lettuce, but also harvested them themselves and prepared salads. They learned about the uses of the plants we grow in our permaculture garden without any chemicals. While harvesting the vegetables, they encountered butterflies, snails, and ladybugs. They observed harvesting methods by touching ripe strawberries and carrot leaves.
